Product Exchange Policy

With the intention of ensuring maximum satisfaction and respect for our customers, our exchange and return policy adheres to the guidelines set by the Consumer Protection Code.

The first exchange is courtesy of Zeferino's online store. To initiate the exchange process, please contact us via email at atendimento@zeferino.com.br.

General Notes

Always check the merchandise upon receipt. Refuse the delivery in the following cases:

  1. Opened packaging;
  2. Damaged product;
  3. Product does not match the order.

For these cases, please note the reason for refusal on the invoice and contact us within 3 business days through one of our customer service channels.

We reserve the right not to exchange or accept cancellations when the products show changes in color or quality due to clear signs of misuse or damage caused by the use of abrasive products.

Cancellation due to regret before product receipt:

The deadline for canceling a purchase due to regret before receiving the product is 7 (seven) calendar days, counted from the completion of the purchase on the website.

The cancellation of the order can be communicated through any of our customer service channels.

If the above conditions have been met, you will receive confirmation of the cancellation of your purchase via the email provided during the purchase process.

Cancellation due to regret after product receipt:

The deadline for canceling due to regret after receiving the product is 7 (seven) calendar days, counted from the date of receipt of the product.

The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.

If the above conditions have been met, we will refund the amounts paid for the merchandise (excluding the amount paid for shipping) as stated in the "Refund of Values" section below.

Return of defective or damaged product:

If the products have manufacturing defects or damages, the purchase can be canceled or the product can be exchanged within 90 (ninety) days, counted from the date of receipt of the product.

If the product has manufacturing defects or damages, the customer must report the issue through any of our customer service channels.

The product must be returned in its original packaging and accompanied by the invoice.

If the customer chooses to cancel the purchase, we will refund the amounts paid, as stated in the "Refund of Values" section below.

Refund of Values:

Whenever there are values to be refunded, the customer can choose to have the values returned or to receive credit for future purchases.

The refund of values, if chosen by the customer, will be done by communicating the cancellation of the purchase to the credit card issuer, and the refund will be made in accordance with the practices of credit card issuers, namely, a reversal of the values. The timeframe for the credit card issuers varies and can be checked with your card issuer.
